At BuyMePhone.com (Fixed Zone Inc.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The phone, original box, and all included accessories must be in original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included materials (manuals, chargers, cables, etc.).
- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, missing accessories, or have been activated with a carrier.

- Provide your order number and details about the return request.

Return Authorization:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

Shipping the Item:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds & Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping fees).
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back at your expense.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
